Dave Cannon's blueprints for Whirlwind Armor

Dave Cannon's Whirlwind suit sketch

One of my guards found this drawing amongst a variety of paperwork in Dave Cannon's cell.  It appears to be a design for a suit similar to the Iron Man suit used by the vigilante Tony Stark.

I have heard that Cannon was pursuing  this type of a project.  He has been seen working with both Scott Lang and Justin Hammer and guards have over heard him mentioning a suit.  I still find the prospect of Dave Cannon building a high tech suit a laughable prospect.  None the less, seeing a sketch of what Cannon is envisioning freezes my blood.  Apparently, Cannon is calling the suit, the Whirlwind Armor.

The thought of a psychopath with this kind do power is frightening prospect.

I am having my guards look for other sketches and to watch for any other signs of Cannon's Whirlwind Armor project.

Background:
Born in Kansas City, Missouri David Cannon was born to a poor family.  Little is known about his family life but he did very poorly in school.  He dropped out of High School and took up criminal enterprises.  His lengthy criminal record begins at the age of 16 and he is constantly in and out of prison.

Within the prison system Mr. Cannon took to the white power movement and is considered one of the Aryan Nation leaders within Seagate prison.  It is rumored that Mr. Cannon plans out criminal activity from prison that are then carried out by his gang the White Whirlwinds outside of Prison.  Due to these reports he is under intense surveillance.

Dave has also threatened numerous inmates with beatings and death.


Crime:
Too many to count.  Burglary, Assault, Murder, Auto Theft, Fire Arm with out a license, Possession of Narcotics, ID Theft.  If it is illegal Cannon has done it.

Notes/Recent Events:
Mr. Cannon's gang the White Whirlwinds has had numerous battles with the African American gang the Chessmen.  For the time peace prevails with the two groups.

The Whirlwinds have apparently had a battle with a new African American gang called the Rivals.  This attack in the yard seemed to have done with the approval of the Chessmen.  I wonder if Hegg's leader of the Chessmen hired the Whirlwinds to act as his agent in this matter to keep his hands clean.

Mr Cannon befriended Prisoner Scott Lang in electronics class.  It seems that Mr. Cannon wanted Scott Lang to build him a mysterious contraption.  Alarmed at the possibility that Cannon could be building something to escape I had the guards intervene.  This disruption seems to have resulted in Cannon blaming Lang for the intervention.  He has threatened Lang openly.  We are now protecting Lang as best we can but Dave and his White Whirlwinds are dangerous.

Mr. Cannon seems to be talking to Prisoner Justin Hammer.  I am worried this is to continue the project that he had initially hired Lang for.  Guard Albert Rackham believes Cannon wants a suit similar to that used by the vigilante Tony Stark AKA Iron Man. This is an amusing update because I do not believe that Lang or Hammer possess the ability to make such an advanced suit in Bell Labs much less from the confines of Seagate Prison.

Mr Cannon threatened Prisoner Trevor Slattery in the lunchroom however he backed down when the Chessmen stepped in to protect Mr. Slattery.

Update:
Mr. Cannon was questioned after the disappearance of Trevor Slattery. As of now it does not seem that he was involved.

Background:
Mr Lang was born in Coral Gables, Florida.  Lang does not have the typical criminal background.   He had good grades in school and a college education with a degree in Electrical Engineering.  He has a young daughter  named Cassie.  Cassie and Scott seem to have a strong relationship despite his prison term. Cassie visits and writes Scott often. 

Mr. Lang was an electronics expert but seemed to run-afoul of an unnamed corporate honcho and was blackballed from the electronics industry.  Struggling with unemployment Scott turned to a life of crime to make ends meet.  Using his electronic knowledge he was able to expertly disable alarm systems and rob commercial buildings.  Scott's skills as a burglar were quite good but his skills in selling stolen property were not and he was quickly caught and ended up here in Seagate.

Scott is not the hardened criminal type and is scared and furtive in prison.  He has excelled in our electronics class.

Crime:
Burglary.  During his short burglary career Mr Lang robbed mostly fast food joints and local electronic stores.

Notes/Recent Events:


Mr. Lang has some how made enemies with Dave Cannon's White Power Gang.  He was rescued by guards while getting a heavy beating.  I have guards following Mr. Lang in an attempt to keep him safe.   The guards can only do so much in a place like Seagate Prison.  I do not envy Mr Scott Lang.  It also causes me worry on what Dave Cannon could want with an Electronic Engineer.

Update: 
 Guards have recovered a sketch for a Whirlwind Armor in Dave Cannon's cell.  It is unknown if this was what Lang was working with Cannon on.

Prisoners and Guards have complained about Scott Lang smelling foul.  Initially, I thought he may be avoiding showering after the incident with Mr. Cannon.  However, Mr. Lang protested that he has a medical bowel issue that causes him to have "especially gassy gas"  and "really really stinky gassy gas."  This is as of now unconfirmed by Seagate medical staff.  I assigned the guard Mr. Albert Rackham the duty of ensuring that Mr. Lang showers.  I have also issued Mr. Lang gas pills in-case there is any validity to his claim.

Scott's putrid smell has caused him to gain some infamy in the prison he is now often referred to by a variety of names that includes; Smelly Scott, Stinky Scott, and my personal favorite Mr Stinker-Rooney.

Mr Lang has had a good record in our walls and is a candidate for early parole.  I will write him a recommendation upon release provided he lasts that long.  I hope this will take Mr. Lang and his smell far, far away from my office.

Update:
After another altercation with Lang and the Whirlwinds we had him transferred to San Quentin where he will finish the remaining portion of his sentence.  God Speed Scott.
