New picture of masked Vigilante

A new picture of the masked vigilante has landed on my desk.

This picture was taken by a cabbi in Hells Kitchen New York.  The masked vigilante has seeming struck again.

First picture of masked Vigilante

Looking back over the first picture and this one, I still do not see any identifying marks.  Based off the dangerous men he is attacking I have a feeling that the streets may take care of him long before we can identify him.

Wilson Fisk - Seagate Prisoner File No 2403V

Wilson Fisk - Seagate Prisoner File No 2403V

Prisoner #: 2403V
First Name: Wilson
Last Name: Fisk
AKA:  The Kingpin

See more Prisoner Files

Background:
Mr Fisk grew up in a poor New York household.   His criminal record begins in high school where he earns his first assault charge for fighting.  He then seemed to run a small group of hoodlums in the Hells Kitchen Neighborhood.  Eventually, Fisk caught the attention of local crime boss Don Rigoletto.  He began to accompany Don Rigoletto first as a driver then later as a body guard.

My impression of Fisk is that he was formidable and smart.  His demeanor was cold, and calculating.  He walked around without worry or fear and immediately seemed to acquire the respect of the other prisoners.  His icy stare still haunts me.  There are only a few men that I have met that I truly felt were evil and Wilson Fisk was one.  His quick control of the other prison gangs was impressive more than once I heard a prisoner call him the "Kingpin."

Crime:
Murder - Acquitted
Jury Tampering - Acquitted
Don Rigoletto was found killed and Fisk began controlling his empire.  Assuming that Fisk killed Don Rigoletto he was charged with murder.  The trial was a fiasco with numerous jurors and witnesses disappearing.  In the end Fisk was acquitted of all charges.  During parts of the trial he did time in Seagate.

I am not alone in thinking that Fisk got a way with murder.  The theatrical disappearances of witnesses and jurors was enough to chill even my jaded bones.

Notes/Recent Events:
Fisk has returned from a stint in Japan.  He claims to be a successful, legitimate businessman and a philanthropist.

I don't buy that for a minute.  Where Fisk goes death is sure to follow.  I watch the New York news for the ill tidings attached to the name of the Kingpin and sadly know they will come.

Justin Hammer - Seagate Prisoner File No 4568B

Prisoner #: 4568B
First Name: Justin
Last Name: Hammer

Background:
Mr Hammer was a former industrialist who rubbed elbows with some of the biggest power brokers in the country.  His company was on the forefront of recreating the Iron Man armor used by the vigilante Tony Stark AKA IronMan. In my opinion he is a weak, melodramatic wuss and is high on my watch list for vulnerable inmates.

Crime:
The exact nature of the crimes committed by Mr. Hammer are classified.  He came in as a Class 5 SHIELD Prisoner for crimes against humanity.  My guess is that in Hammer's competition with Stark he crossed lines that should not have been crossed.

Notes/Recent Events:
Failed to complete job - Removed from duty.  None of the items built by Hammer seemed to work in prison machine shop costing Seagate thousands.  Did the government really buy stuff from this guy?

Filed a petition to remove items from Trevor Slattery's cell.  This petition was denied.  Mr. Hammer seems to take offense to Mr. Slattery's notoriety.  I will not have my jail used as a boxing ring for these two pieces of scum pillow fight contest.

Mr Hammer has taken up a relationship with another inmate known as "Baby"

Mr Hammer has begun an association with Dave Cannon.  My worry is that he is working on the same project that Scott Lang was working on that ended in trouble.
Update: My guards have recovered a sketch from Dave Cannon's cell that shows what he calls "Whirlwind Armor".

Seagate Prison File - Note From Warden Tyler Stuart

During my tenor as warden of Seagate I have had the troubling opportunity of meeting some of the most violent and deranged criminals in New York City.  I can not say that I find my job, happy or fun, I can not say that I love it.  I will say that my job has always felt necessary.  Through my sense of duty to my fellow man I have felt a sense of achievement in doing my work, in keeping the horrors of Seagate Prison off the street and away from my fellow man.

I have sorted through my notes and files on criminals and vigilantes that have passed through these walls in the hopes that may someday help with their parole hearings, capture or in certain circumstances execution.  My old dreams were that some day this prison and horrors it contains will find itself unnecessary for men will learn to live with each other in peace.  I sadly recognize this as a juvenile fantasy.  For what ever reason the world continues to create more and more bad people, and with every passing year those new deranged, depraved individuals seem to get stronger and more powerful.

Seagate Prison and its strong walls have never been more important.
